Cookies and Cake Jars all come individually sealed, wrapped in tissue paper and in a gift box. These are perishable items however. Damage may occur in the shipping process. Tayby & Co. is not responsible for this.
We do not offer refunds however if you are not totally satisfied with your product please email us immediately at tayby@taybyandco.com and we will look into resolving the issue.
Tayby & Co. has the right to cancel or not accept an order if the needs cannot be met.
Local Delivery: All orders placed by 3pm Friday will be delivered Tuesday/Wednesday of the following week. If you would like an order expedited or scheduled in advance please leave a comment in the notes section at check out.
